The book. The historian and publisher Yvonnick Denoël has
collected several investigations that attempt to break through the smoke
screen that houses the "Trump system".
In Washington, lawyers have good days ahead of them. To try to break through the smokescreen deployed by the real estate tycoon to cover his escapades, publisher and historian Yvonnick Denoël collected various surveys on the "leader of the free world" carried out by the American press, in particular the New Yorker, the Propublica website and the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.
The book makes it possible to approach the president, to know better
his methods, which are at the same time muddled and very clear: the
instinct prevails with the sole aim of satisfying its cupidity. This
style was born in the 1970s, when the sulphurous lawyer Roy Cohn takes
the young real estate developer under his wing and as a customer.
The two mates meet when Trump and his father are accused of
discrimination by the American justice system. They briefly present the
situation in which they find themselves, and Roy Cohn's answer convinces
them that they have found the man they were looking for: "Let them go
fuck. Send them fart and attack them in court. What they did and since
then, Trump's son backed his defense system on a relentless attack from
his opponents.
"Cosa Nostra".
Cohn's reputation was already well established: his name made New
York tremble. Roy Cohn started out at a good school, so to speak, since
he is a former protégé of Joseph McCarthy, a senator of sad memory who
